Cant see why you would need Alakazite/Gyaradosite/Scizorite, all you need is to be at their locations between 20-21 and they are there. Scizorite is behind the abomasnow you saved in ice cavern, alakazite is in reflection cave and Gyaradosite is at the waterfalls in Couriway town. Between 20 and 21 o'clock their locations will be revealed as purple sparkles.
In Gen 6, Hidden Power's BP is set at 60. And even in previous generations, you can have a low Atk IV and still have a HP with 70 BP (i.e. 31/2/30/31/31/31 = HP Ice 70).
Is it possible to get Lanturn yet this Gen?
