I've carelessly released one of my breeding parents which held my Destiny Knot. Does anyone have an extra one to trade or know of a way I can get a new one?

Unfortunately, they are not in special balls. So I am more than happy to provide you with one Adamant and Jolly 4IV male.
 
Is there anyone with a Japanese copy of poke-transporter who would be willing to help me transfer some pokemon to gen 6? My B/W FC is 3913-0992-7587

You should really follow the news, Pokebank/transporter servers are offline and nonoperational for even Japanese games. It's not available anywhere in the world atm.

According to Serebii, it's no longer possible to obtain a new copy, but existing copies are still functional.
