The only moves that a pokémon will have when it hatches from an egg are its level 1 moves and egg moves from its parents. Go to serebii for a full list of each pokémon's egg moves. In general, tutor moves aren't necessarily egg moves and in this case, knock off/ice punch aren't.

damn so the timburr has to be in gen 5 knowing drain punch/mach punch and then move tutor it with knock off/ice punch then transfer up here right ? :/

Conkeldurr can only learn the Elemental Punches through Move Tutors in BW2. He canNOT learn it through breeding.

timid shaymin hp ice,
timid thundurus hp ice,
jirachi with egg moves ,
hp ice landorus, naive
and timid manaphy

Adamant arceus and timid shaymin is my most wanted. c:
 
CMT for the conkeldur, genesect, heatran, and latios. I have much more others if you don't like these. Also, if your pokemon are cloned, I don't mind. I will offer multiple pokemon and even a 5 IV ditto

They are both English but there is no Pokemon that we need or want. sorry
 
Do you two have any need for a Bold Regenerator Slowpoke? It's IV's are 31/xx/31/31/31/31. Also I am working on Cyndaquils for the spread of 31/xx/31/31/31/31, I will be glad to breed spares.

Yeah, those aren't the IV's for HP Fire. And dang it, I would have liked that Icy Wind Keldeo. Anyway, would you do Manaphy for a shiny Goodra with Gooey? Modest with 5 IV's too, I listed it earlier.

could I ask if you could check my thread for either of the following please?

adamant guts conkeldurr with ice punch, knock off, mach punch and drain punch
calm heatran with hp ice and stealth rock
jolly jirachi with movetutor moves
ralaxed swampert with stealth rock
hasty genesect with Iron Head
