Its in progress, I really need a 5-6 IV ditto to start making all my breedable pairs, I have tons of competition ready pokemon just not breeding pairs ready to trade after I took advice of other players.

You don't need a 6IV Ditto to start breeding. Use the IV judge, use the IV probability calculator, and the 'breeding guide' to help you. I have no access to any of my 6IV dittos and I was capable of getting plenty of 6IV parents to breed with. I can give you a spitback Adamant Magikarp for free though if that will help you at all.

Really, although the process is slower, you can just build up IVs using appropriate parents, the IV Judge, and Destiny Knot/Everstone/Power items. However, the more you breed, the much easier and faster it becomes, since you will be obtaining good IV'd male parents for different egg groups in the process.
Well shoot, I spent the first half of my day trying to breed you one. Kinda glad it never happened, then. XP
You can get hatching O-Power from getting max style in Lumiose City and the easy way to do this is to buy Preimier Balls (or any) from the Pokeball Emporium one at a time. You'll need to buy anywhere from 70-200~ depending on what else style things you've done during the storyline.
