Surskit(Water 1/Bug): Adamant/Modest
Farfetch'd(Flying/Field): Adamant/Jolly/Timid
Bidoof(Field/Water 1): Adamant/Modest/Timid
Wailmer(Field/Water 2): Adamant/Jolly
Mareep(Field/Monster): Jolly/Modest/Timid

I will literally take *anything*. If I don't like it, I'll release it. Yay box space. If I do like it, well, it doesn't alleviate a problem, but simply creates a better one.

A spitback is a pokemon that you breed, but doesn't meet you qualifications to keep, like say you are breeding your gligar to have 5IV, but you get on that only has 3 or 4, you would either release it or wonder trade it.

because they still have decent ivs and people are willing to give them away almost, so its a fairly good starting point
