whats a good sweeper for my team ?

Well, since you already have two physical sweepers, you should definitely have a special sweeper. Something like agility porygon-z

what I think is,if the pokemon is going to be a sweeper,it needs IVs and EVs on speed and Atk or Sp Atk,because its meant to hit first.

True, but say you outspeed but are only able to 2HKO the opposing pokémon. Perhaps if you would have had perfect HP and defensive stats, you could take the incoming hit and eliminate the pokémon, but if not, and you get KO'd in return, then those stats would've nice to have :/
Just something to think about.

Well, breeding gets quite a bit less time-consuming once you build up a good breeding base, and until then getting spitbacks and flawless pokes from people on here always helps.
You can even use what you can breed to get more. :)

Porygon is in the mineral egg group, but what's that about adding me? We didn't have a trade going...
I mean, if you just want my safari that's cool, but it's not a good one xD

Also, porygons egg group does not matter, as it is genderless. Only ditto can breed with genderless pokes.
