Yeah, it's an original concept, but sadly, I don't think it is viable in the competitive environment. The team lacks too many options and many of the pokemon and sets used are outclassed by others, which will make that your team will be easily torn apart by well prepared teams. (I don't wanna be mean, it's just my opinion :3 sorry if I've been)
 
Update:

Now I have only 10 5IV Gale Wings, Adamant Fletchling left. Simply quote me here or send me a message for one.

Also, I still have some remnants from when I created my breeding set, these middle-men all are 5IV males with certain personalities:

Farfetch'd(Field/Flying): Adamant/Jolly/Timid
Bidoof(Field/Water 1): Adamant/Modest/Timid
Wailmer(Field/Water 2): Adamant/Jolly
Mareep(Field/Monster): Modest/Timid

All of these are free for those who want them. Limit for Fletchling is one unless otherwise discussed.

Once again, simply quote this in this thread and add my FC in the sig(if yours is also there) or send me a message with a FC if you want some of these.

I wasnt planning on using it mainly for competing. Mainly for free battles, or battles against Friends who are about as good as creating teams as I am.

Edit: may I suggest something though? I think you could try your hands at a rain team if you really want the eeveelutions. These are easier to handle and vaporeon wrecks some shit paired with jolteon
Something along these lines:

Vaporeon @ leftovers
Calm (252 hp, 252 spdef)
Scald
Wish
Toxic
Protect

A really good wishpasser, really nice for healing teammates.
And

Jolteon @ life orb
Timid (252 speed, 252 spatk)
Thunder
Hp ice
Shadow ball
Signal beam

Paired with the rain inducer of your choice, Thunder really dents everything.

Well, since your not really using it for competing, maybe you could use pixilate sylveon with hyper beam XD
Specs pixilate hyper beam one shots even chandelure I believe :D

I need to clear out box space. So I'm offering these pokes:
- 5IV imperfect | Adamant Mawiles | elemental fangs @ Ultra Ball
- 3-4IV | Modest Ralts | Encore/Confuse Ray/Memento @ Nest Ball
- 3-5IV(imperfect) | Timid HA/Non-HA Snorunt | Spikes/Switcheroo @ Dive Ball
- 3-4IV | Timid Gastly | Disable @ Heal Ball
- 4-5IV(imperfect) Adamant Marill | Superpower/Aqua Jet/Belly Drum @ Great Ball

I will take pretty much anything since I need the space. But I am interested in female Pokemon in unique balls. Namely:
- Almost all Pokebank Pokemon
- HA Ralts/Kirlia/Gardevoir
- HA Gligar
- HA Zubat/Golbat
- HA Noibat/Noivern
If not, random spitbacks would be nice too, but not required :)
