The sushi ain't giving enough XP compared to the price, so I would rather do Le Wow. I recomend rotation if you got 1 highlevel poke and 5 you want to train, else go triple if you got 2-3 higher level ones in the lead. Always use a XP o-power before you start, due to it lasting all the 5 battles full time.
Oh, and also the rotation in le wow got a Audino that gives lots of exp. And final notice, use lucky eggs on all those you train for the added exp
