Technically,that is 5 ivs. But it's a 5 IV spitback. People generally want a perfect 5 IV poke

It's frustrating cause I tried to find a perfect HP Haxorus but couldn't for the life of me and breedin a 5 IV was extremely difficult and time consuming

Hey, you know what, why don't you go ahead and keep Squirtle? I can make this Axew work, and I'm really just trying to free up some box space. Besides, the way I see it he's more yours than mine now anyways, since you levelled it up :) just be careful with IVs next time, people here can be very particular about their Pokemon.
