I bred a Wobuffet with desired nature and IVs, and i started Ev training so i could get a LeftOver number in HP. However, when i checked, i saw that EVs needed do not coincide (180 EVs at level 50, 220 EVs at level 100)
Which EV spread should i use? (i plan on raising it to level 100, and using it on Random Matchup)

You should use the spread for lvl 50. When playing on Random Matchup, every pokemon whose level is higher than 50 gets set back to 50, so you're going to be playing with a lvl 50 Wobbuffet.

For anyone that knows how to use Porygon-Z, what is a good set for it? I've never played anything lower than OU and that is where it reigned last gen, sadly. I also can't find any up to date on it, but I really like its 3D design and want to start using it.
What nature is the suicune. Any ribbons? I have a foreign 6 IV ditto if I like it :D
I'm fairly sure it's really only viable as a scarf revenge killer, I saw that sometimes last gen and it seemed decently effective. It kind of has the problem of being a little outclassed in general because of it's mediocre speed, so anything but scarf is really vulnerable. You can also run Agility-based sets, but finding the set-up turn is difficult because of it's bad defenses and low base speed.
No ribbons, but it has a bold nature (+Def -Atk) and is EV trained in HP & Def. I think it was RNG'd for HP fire, it's 31/x/31/31/31/31
