Absolutely free of charge, but a Flawless Legendary PP Up or two never hurts! I also have a 5 IV Timid Lucario that's Level 12 and EV Trained in Special Attack. If you're tired of doing the RNG, I'd say it's suitable. If you're willing to keep going, then that's what I'd do. Spamming Iron Head can be very useful...

I'm not tired of RNGing... yet. Lol, yeah I'm just going to keep going. I'd lose out on doom desire/draco meteor with Careful, but I can spam iron head. I'd lose out on something either way, but iron head is a lot more useful competitively. This was probably the 5th flawless jirachi I've RNG'ed anyway. So i'll keep going!

Draco Meteor coming off of a Jirachi is more novelty than anything. I admit though, it's quite funny to see a small fairy summon down massive meteors and crush the souls of all that stand in its way.

Admittedly, that would look awesome in X/Y. At least I can always reteach it the move thanks to X/Y mechanics, if I ever want to show someone it :p

Can you reteach event moves? I tried to reteach my Shiny Genesect ESpeed and Shift Gear, but it wouldn't show up in the movepool.

I thought so, according Serebii you can. I was able to reteach baton pass to a baby torchic that had it, maybe it's just egg moves though.
 
I am extremely tempted to cut to the 4 point infraction and leave this problem behind, but we have been gifted with the finest post to ever grace Smogon.

How are you getting all of these event legendaries?! All I have is a Cresselia which is probably hacked...
If you somehow find a way to re-teach your shiny Genesect Extremespeed, message me. I'm interested in trading for it :]
 
Anyone have a spare male snorunt? Don't care about IVs.
I have a few spare 4-5 iv meowths, skarmory, audino, cottonee, poliwag, misdreavus, gastly, cyndaquil, buneary, with egg moves.
