You have to wait for Pokebank as Drain Punch was a Move Tutor move in 5th Gen and a TM in 4th gen :/

:-[ so that means that I am gonna be wasting my time on Gallade for now? That sucks. But then that means I can't train a Gallade with Drain punch anyway cause I doubt it'd be passed down to Ralts as an egg move.
