Friend Safari has a chance at getting their hidden abilities. For Gyarados Friend Safaris, if you don't get the Intimidate drop at the start of the battle you know it's Moxie.

As for my request, does anyone have a flawless foreign Ditto available in X/Y? I'm trying to breed for a shiny Charizard in a Luxury Ball but a 1/8000 chance kinda scares me. Flawless also because it ensures at least 4 flawless IVs in a worst case scenario (I have a parent with 5 IVs). Thanks!

Responding to you both here (since LtDan sent me a PM as well). While I am more than happy to part with it, the thing is I can't personally vouch for its origin and that spits in the face of policy here. Last thing I want to do is send either of you something potentially edited. While the nature and IV combo (from Unova) are certainly legal that doesn't really say much. While I could easily say "if you guys want to assume the risk thats fine", but I am unsure if that is acceptable here.

If the "assumes risk" is acceptable (I'd need a ruling on that) then if someone can clone it (so each of you can have one) then have at it, but I am not willing to risk my good name on it otherwise.

I'll assume the risk because I have no intentions of using it other than as a broodmother. However, I don't have access to Wi-Fi on my 5th gen carts because my university is dumb like that.

That's completely understandable, I'll keep my eye on this thread to see if a mod gives their opinion on how acceptable distributing it would be.

Specifically I am after pokemon with these language tags: JPN, KOR, ITA, SPA, GER, FRE

In return I have 6 IV English (ENG) females and males. I also have 5 IV Dittos. If interested, hit me up via PM.

I am also looking for most legendaries. Please provide IV spread and OT info.

If you're willing to clone them and give them back, I have 5iv German Scizor and a 5iv French Noibat. I know they're not 6iv, but they're the best I have

Thank you for the very generous offer but I am rather picky and want to guarantee 5 max IVs when I breed them with the 6 IV females.

Thanks for pointing out French. I knew I was missing a language. :)
