Would you be okay with a daycare-leveled female Cyndaquil? You'd have to reteach the egg moves. The only female I bred so far is one I would like to keep xD I can keep breeding if you prefer.
Does the Totodile need perfect stats? Possibly! Did you RNG that yourself?
Nope, I received it in a trade (as the original RNGer was Japanese). But I made sure to do my background work and I'm confident it is legit. I received it from a mod on a different forum (but that probably doesn't mean much). I've checked its OT, moves, ribbons etc. and it matches up with the event Kyogre that was released in 2012 in the Fukuoka Pokemon centre in Japan.

Here it is. It's a site that uses a GTS exploit to send Pokemon. You can get all the Ditto you want there lol.
