Please Rate My Team! Give Me Tips, Much Appreciated :)

What tier is this specifically for? I'm not a great competitive battler yet, but what I DO know is that you have too many Mega Stone-oriented Pokémon.

Remember: You can only Mega Evolve once per battle and you're basically wasting an Item Slot when you already have a Mega Evo.

To rate this we need more info about what the different mons are doing on your team.We need to know what is the reason behind each of the pokemon you picked. Also we need to know what tier this is for as Kangaskhanite is banned to Ubers. If you are new and don't understand much about this site or competitive battling in general I recommend going to the mentor ship forum.they will gvie you advice about battling and getting integrated into the site Finally as a suggestion you can only have one Mega Evolution per team so having multiple mega stones is just a waste of a item slot for a pokemon.

Before I go on, you may want to make sure your thread corresponds with the RMT rules, which states that each Pokemon should have a 3+ explanation, but I digress.

I completely agree with BurningSnake, since you can only go mega once per battle, I would strongly advice only having 1 Pokemon with a mega stone. In this case, I advice keeping CharY, especially seeing as Lucarioite is banned in PO OU: http://wiki.pokemon-online.eu/wiki/6th_Gen_Tier_List

On the topic of CharY, why would you be running HP Grass, when you could use instant Solarbeam due to your ability? Same goes for having Fire Blase and Flamethrower, as Fire Blase has 100 accuracy under sun.

As far as Azumaril, there isn't much reason to have Return anymore, and the same can be said for Ice Punch. Switch one for Play Rough, as it hits for massive damage against dragons, and is STAB. Superpower is another option you could consider.

And although I hate to be that guy, but there really is no reason to run Khan without it's mega stone (which is banned anyway). Looking at your team, you have all of one special attacker, your have problems getting past common physical walls. If you are still looking for a normal type, I would greatly recommend Porygon2 (As per my avatar). I would recommend running a defensive variant with bolt-beam coverage, and T-wave support, both of which your team is lacking. Alternatively if a normal type is not what your looking for, you could try out either offensive Rotom-W (Would work as an excellent pivot for you team), or a specially offensive Heatran (Makes an excellent core with Ferrothron). There's a number of sets floating around about there two, so I'll leave finding the best fit for your play style up to you!

Overall my biggest piece of advice is to just play test you team. Go into 15-25 battles, and keep note of what works, what doesn't, and what is just plain redundant, as well as what gives you problems. If you do so, and report back with the results, I'm sure we could be of better aid to you.

Ok, Thanks for the advice, Me and about 25 people from my school are doing a small pokemon tourney, and the last gen. I played was 4th Gen. so I'm a little behind haha.

Look at the ban list some time. There are a few megas that are banned in ou or are suspected. Also, I would recommend only having 2 potential megas at max. Last, there's no reason for Azumaril to have return, she's a fairy now. Even Charizard is bad, even though I hate the idea of charizardY he should have solarbeam instead of hp grass. Go home and try again.

That's all quite alright, we were all in the same position at one point or another!

One thing though, seeing as you have a pretty large group of people that your battling, you probably want to make sure that they are all using Smogon regulations, opposed to VGC or no restrictions.
