Since the latias is now in bw2 he can't get defog on this latias. He can catch a new one and transfer it but this specific one will never learn defog

What other 3 moves should I run on a Defog Calm Zapdos? Was thinking Thunderbolt, Defog, Heatwave, and Roost.
Isn't HP Ice a little bit better than heat wave, at least as far as coverage goes?
