Lvl 1 Male Laversta (Flame body) 31/xx/31/31/31/31 : Timid

Okay, so I just traded a celebi for a deoxys... Turns out it's from emerald, which is cool. It is adamant and has no perfect ivs. Any ideas for a set I could use on this bad boy?? Hes pretty awesome

Intersted in the Fletchling and Koffing spitbacks
 
Looking to trade off some 6IV Adamant dittos, mostly looking for any Kalos pokemon, IVs don't matter to me. I would appreciate a correct nature and egg moves if applicable.
 
Just to be sure, if a pokemon is able to be transfered through pokebank does that automatically mean it is a "legal" pokemon?

Yes, but it does not guarantee that the Pokémon was gotten legit. For example, pokegen Pokémon can go through pokebank, as long as their ivs and moveset are legit.
