Simple Questions/Requests - Mark 35 (Minor Pokemon Trades, Item Requests etc GO HERE) (NO HACKING)

Hi, guys,me bothering you again. I'm going to build a mixed salamence, but never did it before. I was thinking about going naive and,if I couldn't get a 6 IVs on time,, to go for one without defense,since I want rock slide and besides it and play rough, people tend to target it with more special. Is that a good idea? Problem is, I never built a Mixed Sweeper before, it was always easy.

I may eventually get a 6 IVs,but I'm not sure I'll be able to do it by tomorrow morning. I want a speed boosting nature so I am faster than other scarfed mence. I'm also in doubt between f blast and flamethrower.

To top it all,I was thinking about topping speed and share the other evs between the two attacks. Is that a good idea? It's for VGC, not for OU, so I need a spread move, and that's why I was thinking about Mixed Sweeper, to have Rock Slide to deal with Mega-Zard Y.

On a banded one, most people usually on run enough speed to outspeed neutral natured mega pinsir, as there is no need for a lot of speed with priority brave bird. I don't know how many evs that takes, but if someone knows that, they could help you with the actual spread :)

The ideal ev spread for talonflame is this: 124 hp/ 252 atk/ 132 speed with adamant. This gives you enough speed to get past the necessary Pokémon. However, I run 120 hp 252 atk and 136 speed, which let's me outspeed talonflame using the same evs. Just a tip :P

The 124 hp is probably relevant to SR damage though isn't it?
 
i really need a female slopoke with ha no matter uv and ev but important that she will be with speed iv 31.
someone have a friend safari with him?
