User of Shadows , the article that it was based on had Latias as an uber candidate. Remember, you can use pokemon from lower tiers. Ubers' defenses are mainly from other tiers, cause I would expect it harder to be banned as a wall than a hyper offensive pokemon like Mewtwo
 
Ok. I just realized why my lines suck. I just found the "Hard" setting to make my lines a bit bolder. So. here we go:
