It's also a tutor in Gen 4. Only notable move would be Mimic, but eh.
There aren't actually any worthwhile tutor moves for Lugia at all - it doesn't / shouldn't be running attacking moves due to its pitiful offensive stats (by Ubers standards - if you're just playing ingame then ignore this). There's the HM Defog fourth generation I think - that's really the only notable move, as it gets most of what it needs via TM (Toxic, Roost, Substitute, Dragon Tail, etc.).

Baton pass teams are somewhat gimmicky already, I've never seen someone use a togekiss that way, generally it serves as a late sweeper or supporter
To be honest I don't know much about ivs and things like that. But I Checked a few of my pokemon out and so far I have a perfect iv adamant larvitar and the near perfect ralts I got via in game trade
So I only need four more Pokemon to complete the Kalos dex so that I can get the Oval Charm. Would anyone be willing to do a quick exchange so that I can get the Dex data? I will send them back immediately after.
