Probably gonna start using the Masuda Method and aim for a perfect 5 IV shiny Flabebe... I have a few questions though. Since Flabebe is always female, it'll pass down its pokeball if bred with Ditto, correct? And is Florge's hidden ability useful at all? Is it better than its regular ability?

Nah..florges is basically outclassed by sylveon in every way as long as your eevee has heal bell...aromatherapy was its only niche pokebank...
