I have roost on mine. Really a banded talonflame doesn't need a 4th move all that much. But yeah roosting on a predicted switch could help mitigate any recoil damage you may have taken, and then a switch would be necessary of course.

I have a friend that uses Roost on his banded Talonflame and it seems to work very well for him. I Guess I'll go with roost then, thanks!
