My first Generation 6 Uber team

Darkrai
Ability: Bad Dreams
Nature: Timid
EVs: 4HP/ 252 Special Attack / 252 Speed
Held item: Focus sash
Moves:
1. Dark void
2. Focus blast
3. Incinerate
4. Sludge Bomb
This guy is my set-up sort of pokemon. I make the opponent sleep, then switch in a sweeper to wreck havock, or keep Darkrai in case of type advantage.

Dialga
Ability: Pressure
Nature: Jolly
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Attack / 252 Speed
Held item: Leftovers
Moves:
1. Dragon Claw
2. Shadow Claw
3. Earthquake
4. Iron Head
Since its introduction, Fairy type has become very popular side by side of Dragons, this is a mixed sweeper I usually use against a Fairy & Dragon type

Mewtwo
Ability: Pressure
Nature: Modest
EVs: 4 Defense / 252 Special Attack / 252 Speed
Held item: Mewtwonite X
Moves:
1. Aurasphere
2. Psystrike
3. Ice Beam
4. Energy Ball
Yet another hardcore sweeper. No extra description needed.

Arceus
Ability: Multitype
Nature: Timid
EVs: 4HP / 252 Special Attack / 252 Speed
Held item: Pixie Plate
Moves:
1. Judgement
2. Focus Blast
3. Flamethrower
4. Flash Cannon
His primary function is to stall dragons, yet designed to hold off fairies & dark types also.

Giratina
Ability: Levitate
Nature: Jolly
EVs: 4HP / 252 Attack / 252 Speed
Held item: Griseious Orb
Moves:
1. Shadow Claw
2. Dragon Claw
3. Earthquake
4. Stone Edge
I use it against Extremespeed users. Its somewhere between wall & sweep spectrum.

Greninja
Ability: Protean
Nature: Modest
EVs: 4HP / 252 Special Attack / 252 Speed
Held item: Focus Sash
Moves:
1. Surf
2. Dark Pulse
3. Hidden Power (Grass)
4. U-turn
Chose him because of his nimble speed, decent special attack & Protean ability to play mind games!

...

I know EV distribution is very biased, I am a bit paranoid about it. Suggestions about EVs will be appreciated :)
My strategy is aggressive sweeping, tactical swapping, etc.

You're all over the place with questionable decisions. Putting attacks in every moveslot is not how you win pokemon. Let's start at the top.

Darkrai: Dark Pulse > Incinerate. There aren't any berries in Ubers, and an attacker with no STAB is no good. Since you seem to be set on coverage everywhere else, and you intend to put your opponent to sleep on the first turn, replacing focus blast or sludge bomb with nasty plot should work. +2 SpA Darkrai is devastating.

Dialga: Typically when a pokemon has 150 base Special Attack, you want to take advantage of it, not ignore it completely. If you're really set on the coverage you've established (actually not bad) then use this moveset instead:
1. Dragon Pulse
2. Aura Sphere/whatever
3. Earth Power
4. Flash Cannon
Other than the second moveslot, each move is the Special equivalent of what you listed. This, plus 252SpA EVs means much more power. Also consider a choice scarf to make this a devastating revenge killer. Choice Scarf needs Timid; Leftovers, go for Modest.

Mewtwo: Mewtonite-X is not meant for special attacking. Maybe you mis-typed (I hope), but switch to Mewtonite-Y and you're in business. Also note that modest natured Mewtwo-Y is outsped and OHKO'd by positive-natured Darkrai. If you use timid Mewtwo-Y, then Mewtwo out speeds and OHKO's Darkrai.

Arceus: Fairy-Arceus is a good choice. But using words like "stall" and "hold-off" imply some sort of defense, of which this set has none. Not in EVs or moveset. Assuming your description is what you want, then 252HP/252SpA EVs with Modest, and replace one of those moves (preferably focus blast, because 70% accuracy is embarrassing) with recover.

Giratina: 90 base speed doesn't outrun much in ubers. Instead, take advantage of one of the few pokemon who can run a full mixed set. 252Atk/252SpA. Replace Dragon Claw with Draco Meteor, and shadow claw with shadow sneak. Now you have EdgeQuake coverage, and STAB priority alonside one of the strongest special attacking moves in the game, with all of it coming off twin full-boosted 120 base attacking stats. Throw in the Orb, and Damn.

I don't know much about Greninja, but I know for sure that it does not belong in Ubers, it simply does not have the stats for it. If you want a special attacking water sweeper, then Specs Kyogre is the answer. 252HP/252SpA, Modest, Water Spout/Surf/Thunder/Ice Beam. One game with this baby and you'll forget Greninja ever existed. Trust me.

That's what I got for you. I've been playing Ubers for a long time and for a first time team, you did a first rate job of choosing team members, but the movesets needed work But that's why we're here. Good Luck my friend!

First of all, thank you :)
And yeah.. I think I should reconsider the EV spread for them. Incinerate is pretty silly also, will switch back to dark pulse. I guess I will put Nasty plot instead of focus blast, but I tend to switch pokemon too often. Which will reset the boost in SpeAtt I gained. Still I'm gonna give it a try

I'm immediately doing all you said about Dialga. So no words on that

Lol. Mega-Mewtwo X wasn't a typo, I chose him over Y because of his secondary type & bulk. (I guess I'm wrong about bulk though) either way I'll try out both physical mewtwo X & special mewtwo Y like you said.

Going to tweak Fairyceus too for walling.

About Giratina, Draco Meteor drains stats & accuracy is little questionable (little). Will go fir mixed sweeping though.

Yes, Greninja.. I agree it is a bit fragile but have you noticed his Protean ability? (I'm saying this because you said you don't know about Greninja much) it changes your type to the move you used. I mean that's universal STAB like thing. Also, could hit an electric with hidden power to absorb his thunder (which usually chipped off barely 40% health) though, I will try Kyogre for sure!

Thanks again!

you dont realize that you need a pokemon to countr it and that your darkrai and dialga sets are pretty bad

I changed Dialga moveset entirely to make him special sweeper. Instead of just commenting, you could tell me exactly what is wrong with it, which is highly appreciated. I am new to competitive battling.
+2 Nasty plot Darkrai is an overkill. Last night I was testing out my new team & Darkrai OHKOed pretty much everything one after another. Just put them to sleep, use Nasty Plot & bombard with STAB. After using this sequence two times, no need of putting to sleep, just attack with STAB or poison in case of Fairy, Grass, etc. Swept entire parties with only this guy. Priority moves broke this strategy a couple of times though(3 times) but then why are other 5 pkmns for?
Again, this is my 1st team so flaws & improvement is inevitable
