Ok, so basically, i've got myself stuck in a pokelympics situation where I have to represent Team Hoenn. My team has to excel at single, double, triple, and rotation battles, and can only use pokemon who has a evolution line in gen 3. How Fun. I would appreciate help, and without furter ado, here is my team. Oh, and it is OU, so no blaziken :(

Absol @ Absolite
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 Atk / 4 SAtk
Hasty Nature
- Sucker Punch
- Play Rough
- Pursuit
- Fire Blast

Absol is my mega sweeper. He is unstopabble and can dish out damage to every pokemon except 2. Mawile and Klefki. However, being that mawile is gen 3, I don't have to face it, leavcing me up against the dreaded klefki. Play rough and sucker punch are very powerful moves that can dish out massavie damage to those in my way. I use fire blast for coverege purposes.

Azumarill @ Choice Band
Ability: Huge Power
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 HP / 4 SDef
Adamant Nature
- Aqua Jet
- Superpower
- Play Rough
- Return

Azurill was Gen 3. Yes. Azumarill is nice revenge killer, and is wonderful to use. He is only walled by shedinja, who I again do not have to worry about because of Gen 3. I am thinking of replacing return for another move, but I have yet to decide what to replace it with.

Roserade @ Life Orb
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 SAtk / 4 HP / 252 Spd
Modest Nature
- Leaf Storm
- Sludge Bomb
- Rest
- Shadow Ball

Special Attacker. Kinda. Sludge Bomb poison. leaf storm sweep. shadow ball coverage. Rest Switch out. Naturally cure. Tada. A needed asset on a team that DESPERATELY needs more offense. Roserade is currently walled by Bisharp, Drapion, and Skunktank. Is there something I can use in place of shadow ball to fix this?

Latios (M) @ Choice Specs
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 SAtk / 4 HP
Timid Nature
- Draco Meteor
- Psyshock
- Thunderbolt
- Hidden Power [Fire]

Nuke. One of the greatest revenge killers of all time. He is Latios. Walled by none, the killer of all. Fear His Wrath. Blissey? Psyshock. Heatran? Thunderbolt. Scizor and Ferrothorn? HP Fire. Anything Else? NUKE THT THING WITH DRACO METEOR!!! Seriously though, I may need to replace HP fire, but I don't Know what for. Please Help an Olympian. Please.

Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 252 HP / 20 Spd / 236 Def
Impish Nature
IVs: 30 Atk / 30 SAtk / 30 Spd
- Stealth Rock
- Body Slam
- Iron Head
- Wish

Togekiss? Feel MY serene grace. Set Up. 60% paralyze. 60% Flinch. Laugh. Break Free? Wish. HAHA I'm Evil. But no, I really need some kind of set up and rocks helps against gens 1, 5, and 6 (charizard, volcarona, talonflame) I'm probably forgetting someone, but OH WELL! So yeah.

Sableye @ Leftovers
Ability: Prankster
EVs: 252 SDef / 252 HP / 4 Atk
Careful Nature
- Taunt
- Will-O-Wisp
- Knock Off
- Recover

Sableye is awesome. Stalls engage. He is walled by alot though. He can use some help, (maybe swagger over wisp?) IDK. I would appreciate help, but taunt and recover have to stay. It can benifit me against gens 2 (smeargle), 5 (galvantula), and 6 (klefki). I really don't remember any others from the top of my head. Recover is Recover. 'Nuff said.

It's spelt "ado" not "adoo." Lel. I dunno, this teams good to me, but I'm a newb so whatever. Why not use Mega Medicham or Mega Aggron or Megga Manetric in replacement of something. Have a pikachu.

Your team is completely physically based. That leaves you extremely weak to Intimidate and will o wisp if your breloom has been removed or has not yet activated its poison heal. Although I love salamance, I would suggest replacing it with Latios. Specs latios is very strong would be very beneficiary to your team and since it is Ou you should use it. I also would suggest using a different physical wall, although I like the breloom set i feel it is better in an offensive role, I feel Milotic or Mega Aggron would be so much better. I also would suggest using using jirachi over Metagross, but that mainly is just personal preference. GO HOENN

Thanks for the advice, I completely forgot about Latios *facepalm* I have been talking to the person running the pokelympics, and I am allowed to use Latios, thank god. Also, I don't know how to use Milotic or jirachi, and I don't want to lose mega absol. Can you explain?

Sry I kinda forgot about Absol when suggesting mega aggron. A good milotic set too replace Breloom would be:

Physically Defensive got this off of smogon its very standard.
Leftovers Marvel Scale Bold
Moveset EVs 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 Spe
~ Scald / surf since u have to use it in doubles
~ Recover
~ Ice Beam
~ Haze / Dragon Tail

Although with will o wisp support and metagross rather large defense stat, you could do without a dedicated physical wall and keep Breloom in a more offensive role. Except I still think Jirachi should be used over metagross.

Thanks, I did my own variation of milotic, but if it's that bad let me know. My main problem now is I have 1 phys sweeper, 1 phys revenge killer, 1 sp revenge killer, 2 sp walls, and 1 phys wall. I need a special sweeper or someone else I can use normally, probably in place of milotic from that it looks like since sableye is an amazing given. Ideas?
 
I am not really sure what would be the best poke to replace milotic and be on the special side but I would suggest Specs Exploud. Its Boomburst will be fun but I dont like having two specs users on the same team, or maybe craudaunt is agood pokemon, but basically is just an inferior azumarill. What about Froslass if you are allowed to use it to use it is a good poke.
 
And do u really think the hoenn saga is the best manga. I stopped reading after kanto because I got too busy. Is it worth the read?

It is soooo worth the read. The red/blue/green was great, yellow even better. Gold/Silver was good and Crystal was as good as Red/Blue/Green. Ruby/Saphire was amazing, firered/leaf green was Slightly worse than ruby/Saphire,but just slightly. Emerald was terrible, Diamond/Pearl was hilarious, Platinum was as good as Gold/silver, and I'm waiting for the ending of HeartGold/Soulsilver to be available online. It's a great manga.

Froslass huh? My friend uses it but I've never really tried it before. What do you think?
 
I use mega-Absol a lot. Your set is quite mediocre however. The fragility of mega absol means that most of the time, it will not be able to set up. Here is a much better set.

I agree with solosisfan's suggestion to run mixed Absol. He explains it well enough so I dont have to. Also i would suggest running Roserade>FRoslass. It gives your team more offense and I think would help it in doubles more than frosslass. It also gives your team a status absorber.

you can also run a spikes set if you want but i feel like this team would greatly benefit from another special attacker. If you do keep frosslass run icy wind over ice beam because it helps more in doubles and with destiny bond.

I agree. the team needs more offense. I don't know what i was thinking when i put froslass on. thanks.
 
Also , I would like to know how to use this team in the other formats. I mainly do singles, with the exception of a few vgc matches and multibattles with friends. I am not very familiar with doing competitive rotation or triple battles at all, so I would appreciate advice.
