Unfortunately drain punch is a tutor move (which means there will be few if any with drain punch), so you'll have to either rng one yourself in gen 5, or find someone who can/wants to.

I've also found it quite easy to trade spare legends on the GTS. Any legend will go for basically any other one on there in like a day.
It would be impossible to RNG a Protean one right?
So Drain Punch is essentially unviable in Kecleon anyways in that case.
Its hard because in gen 5 kecleon doesnt have protean so i think its pretty impossible :/

Ah yes, that too. So basically XDpokemon, there is no need for drain punch on kecleon, since it cannot have protean, which would basically ruin any offensive viability it wold have :/

Z isn't confirmed, but yes, gamefreak likes to put move tutors in 2nd stage games (black and white in particular)

While there will be a move tutor in the next game (most likely), don't count on there being the same tutor moves. They could have the same tutor moves, or there could be completely different moves (or a combination of both)
