I run Impish on Mandibuzz since I don't use any special attacking moves :) I typically use Roost, Foul Play, Knock Off and Defog on mine, which can be a really great set imo :) So I would run Impish if you're planning on only using physical moves :) What moves did you have in mind for your Mandibuzz?
 
Still looking for a masterball btw, but:

Just caught an Adamant Zygard with:
31/31/28/22/31/26

Do I keep? I really wanted max speed on this as it needs a decent chunk of speed EVs, but I'm asking anyway before I reset

You should try to get one with 31 in the stats you really need, speed included :) With 3 IVs always being 31 in this gen for legendaries, you can SR to get a 5 IV one if you just work hard enough :)
But it's your choice :)

What set are you goin for? Id keep that for anything but d dance honestly

Edit:but like Elena said if you have the patience go for the 5iv

Without a masterball it's been a chore. It's for UU (or as long as this thing stays in UU) and it needs 96 speed EVs (assuming a 31 in speed) to outspeed Tornadus-Therian after 1 DD, but I have a feeling that will go BL very soon so if that's the case I don't need as many speed EVs to outspeed base 115 after a DD, so I'm thinking I might just keep this and just EV it assuming Tornadus will go BL. I would just reset if I had a masterball though, but it's been a pain doing it with just Ultra Balls, let me tell you >.<

Yeah I have the same problem with Moltres.. No masterballs (unless I play my pokemon Y and get the masterball there, but I plan on using it for my Yveltal on Y).
I want a Calm Moltres with 5 IVs and without even ensuring the nature (50% with a synchronizer), it's difficult to stay motivated..
You could try to trade for a Master Ball though? Though, I know a lot of people are wanting masterballs atm.. :/

Use Dusk Balls; they have twice the capture rate of an Ultra Ball on Zygarde. Additionally, you can use capture powers to increase the odds of capturing.

I plannded to put on my foul play, roost, toxic and defog.
People told me that bold nature with goul play its better but i dont know the reason for this

Yeah if you are only thinking Foul Play as an attacking move, it really does not matter if you use impish or bold. If people use Foul Play on your Mandibuzz, it won't take much damage either way, but you could go for both impish or bold :)

You have no physical damaging moves that use your attack stat, so Bold nature with 0 attack IVs works best to minimize the amount of damage you take from enemy foul plays and possible confusions.

Its pretty hard to make it 0 so i will not do that haha

Can anyone make me one of these? I'm offering a competitive shiny if you can do this. Andbi don't want the aegislash to be shiny.

I think I have a Honedge with those IVs/Nature if you want to train it yourself.
