Contrary is illegal to have on Snivy at this point in time.
If you have seen people with contrary snivys, it means they have hacked them at one point. That ability for Snivy is not available yet :)

Well, if possible, ofc :P But if I purely wanted it for me, I would have just PM'd. I've helped a few finding their TSV, so they also got a shot at eggs :P
