If it was rnged in a previous gen or you caught a 5 IV one in the friend safari (don't even know if that's possible XD). Otherwise, since it is genderless, it never passes the ball, so it is not possible to breed a dive ball staryu.
Edit: also, if it is possible to catch a 5 IV poke in the friend safari, whoever catches one must be one lucky bastard XD
yes. But you have to catch it in the wild in a dive ball, since dive ball doesn't pass down with genderless. Preferably rng abuse in previous generations. If you just randomly try and catch random staryus in dive balls I can almost guarantee you that you won't find one within the next 500 years.

It should be. Though its impossible for it to be Kalos Native. You have to get the Wish Chansey event and both SR and Seismic Toss can be taught.

Edit: Although Most is right below. While the timer ball is still a good fit for volc (and a perfect fit for larvesta :3), repeat ball fits volc better :3

Looks like its Timer by a landslide so far :o so pretty much safe to say got to find my Larvesta Safari this weekend to reball. Good thing I haven't started yet.
Also also have another question. I'm breeding Bold HP Rock Larvesta for Volcarona and Jolly Larvesta to be a physical Larvesta and never evolve as its attack is decent before evolving and I want to try it :3
Though Idk whether or not I should go Swarm or Flame Body for Larvesta(The physical one, special one is flame body for sure). It can take a hit from time to time although badly to get in Swarm range easy but Flame Body could be situational as well Swarm does power up its U-Turn.

is question referring to you are trading a heracross or you want a heracross?
I have a calm sableye that I can breed for bold (w/prankster and recover). I can try to make it perfect. But it will take time cause I have a lot of other pending trades going on

HP Rock: To hit mence, dnite and gyara which resist the double stab
HP Ground: To hit heatran and tentacruel which also resist your double stab.
These are mentioned in the b/w smogon movesets. I have no idea about 6th gen though...

I LOVE breeding. I have a lot of pending trades going on so it will take some time. Just list what you want on it and stuff. Ex: nature, moves (no transfer), ivs, ability. (no ball requests, no hp moves)
That's all I have right now, so it's all good. I have another way lined up of getting one, I was just trying to get one quickly, so don't worry about it
