going by what you said...your spread is 30-31/22-23/20-21/20-21/18-19/30-31 so your spread could be r/r/d/g/d/r...without exact iv calcs I cant tell you but that's one of 3 or 4 possibilities..where r is a stat from rotom, d a stat from ditto, g is your generated
 
Does breeding with a foreign parent means you have an improved chance of getting your own TSV?

How would I calculate that myself?
