Uhhh... Pretty sure it's impossible to catch things in cherish balls considering they're distribution-only, and even if you could, you can't pass them down through breeding.

yes. The only thing that doesn't change first turn is speed.

Yes, it will take effect immediately upon mega-evolving.

As others have said, yes it does.

However, along with speed:

Mega Banette's Prankster does not activate first turn. Though that is sort of speed based, anyway (I guess...).

Speed does change, it's just that who goes first is determined before you mega-evolve. The speed increase/decrease only really affects moves like gyro ball on the first turn.
