Depends. Are you planning on running mega cross? Also for yanmega, maybe something like

Bug buzz
Air slash
Protect/ancient power
Giga drain (if you can get it)/ancient power

Yes, I'm planning on running mega cross.

And since my Yanma/Yanmega has Ground HP, I'll teach it Ground HP if I am unable to get it to learn Giga Drain. Thanks.

Also, If you had a RNG Captured Male Gengar with Ice HP, would moveset would you give it on Pokemon X/Y after transferring it from Pokemon B/W? (If you were trying to a Mega Gengar)

Hatched a Shiny Chansey, x/31/31/x/31/x, Bold. Up for trades, I don't expect anything amazing for it, but ♀ Apricorn Ball spitbacks or Safari Balls ♀s would be awesome~

Also looking for a ♀Eastern Sea Shellos, in Dive, Net, or Quick Ball with a Relaxed nature~

If you're running Mega Heracross, I'd run Adamant with Rock Blast, Pin Missile, Earthquake, and Close Combat. It gets Knock Off via Tutor, but the coverage lost by running Knock Off over other options will be sorely missed. Also, does Gengar have Sludge Wave?

Ok, then for megacross, one of its best sets is

Close combat
Rock blast/bullet seed
Pin missile
Knock off (again, if able to tutor)/earthquake

As for megagar

Hp ice/protect
Dazzling gleam
Sludge bomb
Shadow ball/Focus blast/protect

Edit: personally, I would run protect over hp ice, even though it has the spread. Dazzling gleam already give you the coverage against the many dragons in ubers, while protect will allow you to safely get your speed after you mega evolve so you can outspeed shaymin-s and darkrai and all arceus forms.

I had a Swinub with Icicle Crash but it was put in the daycare and forgot the move. Can it be relearned, or do I have to breed a new one?

Perfect. Thanks.

Sadly, my gengar doesn't sludge wave. :(

Not having Sludge Wave isn't too bad, it's just that Chestnaught of all things walls most sets. The only good transfer move for Gengar seems to be Pain Split (SubSplit, perhaps? Also, lol SubPunch). For a Mega Gengar set, I really like SubDisable--Shadow Tag works perfect in conjunction with this moveset.

Both actually. :)
Alright:D

i agree. Especially in ubers, where there are even more band/specs users for disable to do work than in standard IMO

Ummm..... Are you sure Gengar can learn "Sludge Wave"? Because according to the list on this link, it doesn't show that Gengar can learn Sludge Wave.
