Substitute appears to be breaking pokemon out of Infestation, when it shouldn't be doing so:

Turn 8, opponent switches in Porygon-Z and gets hit with Infestation. Takes appropriate damage.
Turn 9, opponent uses Substitute, I break with Rock Slide. No Infestation damage.

Infestation should last 4 turns minimum, and only break due to Rapid Spin or the pokemon who used it switches out/faints.

Substitute essentially blocks anything that isn't an attacking move (besides Roar and Whirlwind). I think what's going on here is that because the damage taken from Infestation is not considered an attacking move, and therefore you receive no damage from it whilst behind a substitute.

They were afflicted before they used substitute, and they were not behind a sub when the damage should have been done.

Unless you're trying to point out what might be causing the issue, and not trying to say that's how it's supposed to work. :P
 
Ok I think I got it.

I gave the pre-mega-evolution mewtwo the ability contrary, and then when it switch to mega, contrary was overwritten.

The problem here is that the ability was still listed as contrary.
 
In April Friendly Cup, the rules say you cannot use pokémons that are not in the Kalos dex. Well, if you try looking for a battle, you can use lots of pokémons which are not there. Can someone do something for the banlists?

After doing some individual research of my own, as well as sifting through Veekun and this thread, I'm pretty sure there may be a slight issue with the Trick mechanics.

Mega stones cannot be Tricked away, as multiple sources would indicate. However, as I've tested with my UU team, they can be if they aren't held by a Pokemon that would otherwise Mega Evolve. For example, Forretress holding an Aggronite can still have it Tricked away. I've also checked the research thread and found nothing of the sort, and was wondering if this is actually a bug or a mechanic. Here's the replay. Any clarification would be nice!

It's a mechanic. It happens the same as with Giratina's Griseous Orb, Arceus' Plates, etc.

This is already fixed; however, the server needs to be update. It should restart today or tomorrow.

This is not the place to report any bugs with boTTT, as it is a personal project and not a part of PS. In future, you can contact me about it either here or on IRC (I'm on as TTT in #showdown most of the time).

This is due to Zekrom's ability, Teravolt:
This Pokemon's moves ignore the target's Ability if it could modify the effectiveness.

I'll talk with some mechanics experts to see what happens in-game and find out if this is correct or if it needs to be fixed.
 
Beat Up hits for the number of Pokemon I have left minus one. So far today I've had it happen multiple times. Don't have any replays, but I'll get one if it happens again.
 
There's a problem with the EVs not saving. I'll enter, for example, 252 HP 252 Defense. When I go back the EVs are at a random spread I did not enter, almost always going back to 4 EVs on HP
 
When you try and broadcast a command when someone else has just broadcasted the same command before you, it says: "You cannot broadcast this because it was just broadcast." Shouldn't it be "You cannot broadcast this because it was just broadcasted"?
