Is it that rare? Don't worry, I can catch it in B2 myself. Just assumed it would be quicker to ask on here.
I don't know about Rare, my experience is more along the lines of: People with Dragon/Fairy Safari's tend to hate sharing without a lot of begging and barganing. Oh wait, that was on Gamefaqs Trading Board. -_-
I'm fooling around and cataloging my FS's anyway, I can easily do that for free.
I've got a Dragon Safari, and I don't usually add people unless they're trading with me. But, this isn't because I'm being stingy, it's because I already have a full friend list, and I constantly have to delete people to make room for new ones. But yeah, regardless of me, I'm sure you 'll have better luck here than Gamefaqs >.< also try Pokebeach forums, they have the biggest and most friendly database I know of on the internet.

Definitely. I actually started out my trade thread there at the beginning of X and Y, but then I realized I needed a bigger pond, so to speak, to take my thread to the next level. So, I came to Smogon. Now most of the trade threads there are geared towards dex completion and (non-competitive) shiny trading.
