Yes, but once you get into torrent range you would get more value out of AJ against opposing faster pokés. The issue with dropping IPunch is that you would have nothing against dragons/flying w/ water resist.

The two sets serve different purpose. SD only need one boost to sweep, where as +1 jolly Feraligtr still fails to outspeed common choice scarf users and is easily revenge killed without AJ priority. Feraligatr, unlike gyrarados, is not bulky enough to set up 2 DDs most of the time.
All personal opinion of course.

It was the first few days of B/W, I went in blind wanting to discover things on my own.
That was probably one of the only down sides......
