If you're as noobish as you say at Pokemon, try visiting here or maybe even here if you want. These links will hopefully help you learn the ropes of competitive Pokemon in addition to Smogon, so you can make your own teams that are much more "you" than we could possibly make them, in addition to getting around Smogon easier.

It appears he is asking for other people to do the fun part by making teams for him in each format. Teambuilding is a huge part of the process and learning the game. If people just give you teams, you will not learn and will not be able to play well with them. Teams are made specific to the persons playstyle and therefore, you make a team for yourself. If you really think you are a noob, check out RMTs with other teams, sign up for B101 which is still available, or you can learn on your own. Welcome to Smogon, enjoy your time!
 
You can also go on some Analysis' of certain Pokemon to gather certain details and sets that you can use or freely change at will. I think it would be a little hard for people to make a good team of each Tier.
Generally you can post your teams in the RMT section with details (they are important - or else your threads could get locked! Locked means that nobody can reply until the thread gets Unlocked.) and get people to rate your team and give advice!
