Scyther: Quick Guard/Counter/Defog/Baton Pass
Kangaskhan: Hammer Arm/Double Edge/Focus Punch/Circle Throw

All of those can be in x/y (except the park ball I believe), but if you were asking if you can purchase them in x/y, you cannot.

All of those bar Park Ball can be on various pokes through breeding females if that's what you're asking
