To anyone with powersaves..how can I find where my saves are stored and is it possible to back them up to a usb for use on another computer?

I think it's C: Users/Powersave3DS. That's where I found mine. In terms of your second question, I haven't tried it but I don't see why not.

I still think Lure Ball personally, but Fast Ball does look nice.
