Can be from Colo/XD (don't remember which), or Gen 4 too (Any previous generation one can be taught in BW2 too). So really, any Ampharos except ones from XY can know Heal bell.

I guess I worded the question wrong, as I was mainly asking if it could only be taught the move in BW2. Looks like I'll have to try and find someone with a Heal Bell Amphy, then. I don't have Black or White 2...
