Hm maybe you're right then. I thought it only mattered if you caught it in your region. But makes sense if they made it so that you could get different patterns in different safaris.
Edit still looking for justified female Absol (male is ok too I guess) spitbacks or one caught in safari. Just need the ability, gender is preferred but ivs aren't necessary

Toss or keep?
I'm leaning towards toss just because of the low defense with having no -def nature
Before you state your opinion, remeber there is no synchronization or guaranteed perfect ivs for legendaries in emerald.
Please give me some input :3

Oh man. If only that defense was better. Unfortunately I have to say toss
Who cares about IVs, just reset until you get a shiny (but it seems like a toss because of the low defense, as you said).

I would toss. That defense is not at all good imo, and a modest nature is not really the best for Rayquaza. I would go for Hasty, Naive, Adamant or Jolly, and I wouldn't settle for a defense that low. keep going, I would say, and try to get 30-31 in the attack you want + speed and the other stats above 20.

Alright, thanks for the inputs guys :D I'm just trying for good overall ivs and for any nature that isn't neutral or lax/gentle. I'll toss it. I knew I would never get as lucky as my firered mewtwo.
(Seriously, 31/23-24/30/25-26/20-21/20-21 naive on the first try is frickin amazing XD)

I like Net Ball for non-shiny Chandelure.
The general consensus (as this has been debated ad nauseam...) is that Dusk or Luxury is the best for Chandelure. Dusk because it's a Ghost and the entry animation looks cool, Luxury because chandeliers are luxurious.
I swear I'm going to put this in my sig...this is like the 5th time this week people have asked about Chandelure's ball...
