It says so in the link:
  • When you register your Pokémon for the Online Competition after receiving the Digital Player ID, your Battle Box will be locked. You will no longer be able to change your Pokémon’s moves or held items. Do not change the order of moves for Pokémon in your locked Battle Box during the competition, or errors may occur that prevent you from completing your battles.
  1. Register Your Battle Box!

    After downloading your Digital Player ID, confirm that the Pokémon in your Battle Box are the ones you want to use in the competition, and then register your Battle Box. To do this, select "Battle Spot" from the PSS menu. (If asked to connect to the Internet, answer "Yes.") Select "Online Competition," then "Battle," and you'll be asked if you want to register.

    Note: Once your Battle Box has been registered, it will be locked until the competition is completed.

Good Special Walls: Sylveon, Florges, Chansey/Blissey.
Good Physical Walls: Gliscor, Skarmory (gets Defog by egg move)
If you have a team that sets up stealth rock + spikes + screens, you probably shouldn't run a defogger though.

skarm gets defog from move tutor. i learned the hard way.

Thanks friend. Really like Gliscor but people keep shooting it down when I ask about him. Is it really worth having stealth rocks on teams anymore? Or should I consider defog to expand my pool of candidates. Need some support for Mega Charizard

Gliscor is awesome. Very versatile and a strong physical wall.
Goodra can also function as a special wall with assault vest.
Sylveon is a boss wall and cleric.
Porygon2 with eviolite functions as a mixed wall
Slowbro / king is also viable
 
Hey guys my little cousin restarted my game for more yesterday and well flushed 300 hours of what I would call progress down the drain. I am looking to get my team back together and was wondering if anyone could spare me a lvl 1 (or under ten) gible, gastly, kangaskhan, togepi (or hawlunch), honedge. If you can get me three of the six I can get a you a level 72 tyranitar. I don't care about perfect iv as I don't expect them but if you can get the proper nature that would be great. If you want it I can get you a level 58 druddigon too plus a level 1 feebas I just picked up.

I feel your pain bro, I might have one or two of those maybe more. I'll check my stocks. FYI this reason is why I never raised a Pokemon to Level 100 before Gen V. Little cousins deleting my data just to irratate me.
 
Ok I have a question. I live my Weezing and use him a lot when playing friends. But I'm not sure what to do with his last slot. Take a look:
Weezing @ chesto berry
Stockpile, rest, will o wisp, flamethrower

Basically the problem I run into is fire types. Can't burn and flamethrower sucks. I used to have Sludge bomb on there, but then steels completely wall me since I can't touch them other than burning them.

Any thoughts on the last slot?
