Try playing an actual tier next time. Custom Game is literally "anything goes". They're not meant to be played competitively.

You can use lvl 1000 pokemon in custom games also by adding Level: 1000 in between ability and EVs in the backup/restore teams section of teambuilder. You can also give your pokemon more than four moves by editing their movesets in this spot.
