I'd say Sassy 31/x/31/31/31/0, but that may just be because of my partiality to Trick Room :P

the sassy 31/x/31/31/31/0 spread can be trade to people without TR team
or with trick room team :)

Thunderbolt, Thunder if you're running a rain Poke on your team. Alternatively, for extra coverage, Shadow Ball.
Honestly, Espeon is a shit Dual Screen user, speaking as somebody who has Espeon Dual Screens on their team. Usually I have to give up Espeon just to get both Screens up, it's too darn frail.
I was considering Sylveon or Mega Gardevoir, since there is currently no Mega on the team yet. Alternatively, if I could somehow make M-eowstic just as viable for Singles as he is in Doubles,, then I'd definitely run him.
Espeon is probably the second best dual screener after DeoS. It's fast, untauntable and prevents your opponent from setting up hazards.
It's also a consideration for banning due to Baton Pass Magic Bounce Espeons, unfortunately, so chances are even if I did want to continue using it (though theres no place for it on my team with Slowbro on it), I wouldn't be able to eventually.
Well, then use Deoxys-S, it's fast, fairly bulky with max hp investment, and can set up Stealth Rock in addition to Dual Screens.
That'd be glorious, but I don't know how I'd get one.
