Does anyone either have a Dark-type friend safari with Absol in it, or a HA Absol for trade? IVs and nature don't really matter as I plan on breeding it. PM me for offers please. Thanks!

do Pokémon with the Premier ribbon get through Pokémon Bank?

Yes they do, since Nintendo has an amazing hack checker.

I'm not very familiar with Ubers in the slightest, so I want to get some ideas: what's the best nature/IV spread to shoot for when RNGing Ho-oh?

I did Impish/Careful/Adamant/Jolly for mine.

Thinking about breeding this:

And I'm between Dream, Repeat or just a plain old pokeball.

I can tell you this that you should run magnezone over heliolisk magnezone has sturdy and can smash insanely or you can use mega ampharos over heliolisk...you could also run tornadus or thundurus hurricane and thunder never missing in rain is fun also if this goes by smogon tourny rules you can run manaphy great rain setter and can set up and rest heal in rain...also this sounds ridiculous but you can try volcarona with the never miss hurricane and quiver dance one shots everything...also yo can try mega blastoise great spinner and waterspout hits harder in rain and hits everything on the opponents field those are some ideas if you want some better tips you can pm me I'm always willing to help other people

Hmm I suggest Hydration Goodra, but I'm not sure since I don't play VGC

If that is the case for Volcarona, then I suggest Vivllon. Cause Quiver Dancin while your opponent is nappin is just too good to pass by.

EDIT: Forgot to mention about STAB

I have a question, are these EMs
Focus Punch - Double-Edge - Circle Throw - Hammer Arm

Relevant on kangakhans at all ? I know it's banned from single , but are these moves useful in VGC ?
