With 64 Atk EV, a +6 False Swipe (Fake Out equals in damage on Showdown's calc) will do:
+6 64 Atk Technician Smeargle Fake Out vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Xerneas: 169-199 (84 - 99%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
If Xerneas / Yveltal have 31 Hp and 31 Def IV, it will have more than 1 HP. This Smeargle is designed for a +Spe 31 Speed nature for Xerneas / Yveltal. My X game will arrive today, and I guess I'll reset my Y too. :)

I just use mass dumper to keep things organized when I have eggs, then I can use the marking tool in the pc box system as there are 6 convenient symbols so you can mark down which of the 6 stats you're maxed in. I will write eggs that I want TVS hatched in a notepad though.
There's 6 markings you can use to signify corresponding 31 IVs. As for the rest it's really whatever works for you.

Must be something on your side. I can access the menu to create a thread just fine.

Doesn't seem like the most efficient set for SRing, with that damage range the target will have >1 HP left a lot of the time, even with bad IVs, and it won't work if you're going for Hasty. The 3 turns set up seems like a waste too.
I like to give HP and speed testing to 2 different Pokemon, a fast Final Gambit mon (like Accelgor) with 1 less HP than the targets max, and any random thing for speed. If the HP IV is 29 or less it dies and you know to SR (takes up 3 party slots rather than 2, but Lysandre is so bad that doesn't really matter).
i like quick ball as well and have some spitbacks i was breeding for HP Ice if you want one.

Just throw 2 5 iv male and female together and you got a 5 iv egg. Fast and simple :p (actually i don't know what is RNG egg in 5th gen means :p)
That's why I said "alright". I think Master Ball looks best with Gengar but there's no ball inheritance there.

You can RNG eggs in black and white by looking for a certain seed and then you set your time and advance your frames if you need to and bam perfect pokemon
I think its changed this time around, I believe a popular method is the "time machine", but I'm not very well versed in that. I'm not too sure if traditional RNG even is possible in 6th gen currently.
