A
TSV is a static value and ESV is calculated for each individual egg.

when people ask someone to hatch an egg that matches their shiny value, the ESV generated for that particular egg matches that of someone else's TSV

in gen IV and V, it was possible to RNG maniuplate the ESV to match your own TSV, but in gen VI, you just hatch, check ESV, and find someone with the matching TSV

does that help?

Okay, that helps alot more. But tbh it sounds easier to just keep breedingn. Also how does one find their TSV?

It's really not simpler to keep breeding. There's a (roughly) 1/4096 chance for each egg that it'll be shiny on your game—and there's no guarantee it'll have the IVs and nature, etc. that you want.
There's about 130 known TSVs from these forums alone. Once you find an egg matching the criteria, you can check the ESV of it, and then you have a 130/4096 chance of getting it shiny.

And to calculate your TSV you would either need to read up about KeySAV or KeyBV (google those terms), or trade one of your Pokémon to someone who already has done so :).

I have a question, If I get something good over the GTS or wonder trade, It checks out to be legal, I am still not allowed to trade that right, or put it in a trade thread?

Hey there :). What do you mean by good? In the gts all I see is selfish people who is trading like a Froakie and asking for a latios -_-. If it's something like 6ivs then you have amazing luck! Or if it's in 5th gen then there is a big chance it was pokecheck.

Yea, I checked it out it was free on Pokecheck, I just got my hopes up when the 6IV Kyogre came in off my shinny zubat.

Lol that's why I don't trade on the gts becuase it's either scam or created by a program. However good luck in your further trades and have a wonderful day! Hoped I help somehow :D

Personally, I wouldn't put anything in a trade thread unless I knew it was legit. The only way to know it's legit is to catch or hatch it yourself.
If it's free on Pokécheck, don't trade it. It's very rude to trade free Pokémon. Giving it away is one thing, accepting anything of value for it is another. And 'free on Pokécheck' doesn't make it hacked, I personally set all my stuff public and free for everyone, and everything is RNG'd by myself, and I know plenty of people who do the same :P

GTS, the meeting ground of trolls and (insert whatever crude/rude/vulgar adjetive/insult you wish here).
Nintendo REALLY needs to fix it to where you can't make unreasonable demands, OR requests things that are impossible without hacking, like Level 1 Zekroms or Level 10 Haunters.

Oh really? Are female Gothita impossible to get in DW? Luxury ball is possible though right?
DW Gohirita was only availabe as a male via a Promotion. Irrates me to be honest, I have one but can't breed the Ball off it.

EDIT: Greninja'd by Cannibal
EDIT: Good for you. Another random question to aviod a potential Double Post:
How can I make my 3DS connect to Pokecheck? I keep trying, used video totorials and text based ones as well and I can't make it work on my Black 2 or my White 2. Can someone explain it to me again step by step please?

Set the DNS in the DS Game settings, editing any and all pre-existing settings (make a new one if there are none). This lets it work reliably for Gen 4 and Gen 5 games. I reccommend removing the DNS for Gen 6 - you'll have an easier time connecting during trades and such.

That doesn't help at all. Because I am using my 3DS, and have tried that method, I still can't do it. Or is it meant to be done on something other than the 3DS settings menu? Because everything says you do it from there. Not meant to be rude either sorry, just....either I have no idea what I am trying to do as I suck this type of stuff, or I am doing it wrong.

Is my TSV different from yours?

Actually, I'm the wrong person to ask. I've got a whole lot of them...
Most likely.
But if you like I can find yours out for you (PM me to arrange), although if you're happy breeding normally, it's probably not worth it, since you'd have to change a lot of things about the way you breed :).

Do it from the 3DS home menu. You have System settings (for the console) and DS Game settings (for all DS Games - older, non DSi enhanced games MUST use these settings). You can edit every connection you have to the DNS honestly. If it doesn't work after that: Try this script http://www.pokecheck.org/dnscheck.cmd and if it says you can't use Pokécheck, then your connection simply won't be usable.
Man it's been a while since I've done this.

Those were the first ones I followed. Couldn't make it work. Then again, I found their particular instructions incredibly vauge and hard to understand. And the problem is when I try to test the connection it fails outright before it starts.
