It works when Breeding. But the odds are still 600 to 1 I think of a Shiny hatching with Masuda Method.

getting hp fire is easy if you have both hp fire male and female . It's basically a 5 iv pokemon except the the attack is even or odd

i would be more worried about the 13 atk than the def tbh. the whole point of hasty is using a physical attack, and there's no reason to limit by 18 points when you can keep breeding for a 31
using a hex 31 ditto will be hard. if you get an HP Ice ditto, it'll be a lot easier (i got mine from Gonzo206), but if you don't have them, what you'll need to do is keep reparenting and hope that among the two parents, you'll have the 5 IVs you need and just let Atk up to chance (cos you'll have a 50% chance it'll be the odd or even you want)

Thanks. And to be honest I don't care how much damage U-Turn Does. This thing is meant to be fast, and Sweep, maybe even block using Mat Flip. This is for Doubles not Singles so it will have support, in fact I just realized I NEVER mentioned that. ;-; Now I feel like an ass. Okay let's disregaurd this whole discussion and try it again when I am not mentally exhausted, which has more adversly affected my mood and ability to explain things than I though it would. In fact you should be concerned about U-Turn's damage because that's the only reason for running a hasty nature in the first place, otherwise go Timid since every other move is either status or special. Also since it's meant for doubles I believe there are better companions to have a Fire type move (ie. STAB heat wave) than Greninja since it already suffers from a 4-moveslot syndrome.
