Rate my UU Team?

So, I wanted to make a UU Team, and currently, THIS is what I have:

Special Attacker: Porygon2, Manectric
Lead/Mixed Attacker: Absol
Physical Attacker: Aerodactyl
Bulky Physical Wall: Quagsire
Setter/Special Wall: Roserade.

Program (Porygon2) @ Eviolite
Ability: Analytic
EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 HP / 4 SDef
Quiet Nature
- Tri Attack
- Ice Beam
- Charge Beam/Thunderbolt
- Psyshock
I use him as a Slow Attacker, since he isn't fully evolved, yet Eviolite Helps him Tank hits. With full investment in HP, he can survive to take down pretty much anything. Tri Attack is his Strong STAB move, while Charge Beam is his Electric Move (WHile also boosting his stat for the other moves), or just Thunderbolt for the RAW power. Ice Beam completes the Psuedo BoltBeam combo, and Psyshock helps hit Special Walls sent out against him.

Absol-1.jpg

Aria (Absol) (F) @ Absolite
Ability: Super Luck
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 Atk / 4 SAtk
Naive Nature
- Sucker Punch
- Swords Dance
- Fire Blast
- Play Rough
I use Absol as my Set-Up Blocker (Whenever they send OUT set-up first), and being a Mixed Sweeper helps him hit everything. Sucker Punch for the STAB Priority helps me hit much, while Swords Dance is used to Boost while the opponent normally switches out 1st Turn. Fire Blast helps destroy Scizor & Ferrotron, and Play Rough is for those annoying Dragons.

Daphne (Roserade) (F) @ Black Sludge
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 132 SDef / 252 HP / 124 Def
Calm Nature
- Toxic Spikes
- Venom Drench/Spikes
- Giga Drain
- Aromatherapy/HP Psychic or Ground,
With Roserade here, I can switch in on Special Physical Hitters, or use HER first incase they don't have a Set-up. After Toxic SPikes goes down, I can use Venom Drench to horribly weaken my enemy, or Spikes for some more set-up. Giga Drain helps her Stay alive, while AromaTherapy helps heal any bad Stat conditions. On the other hand, you could use HP on any OTHER Poison-Types setting up..

Blarg (Quagsire) (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Unaware
EVs: 252 Def / 252 HP / 4 SDef
Bold Nature
- Stockpile
- Recover
- Scald
- Haze/Toxic
Blarg here is great for those Bulked-up any hitters, with Haze able to eliminate them, while taking a hit from them due to Unaware. Stockpile let's him Bulk Up in general, and Recover let's him heal up from attacks pretty well. Scald is to help injure the Physical Sweepers, and if you don't like Haze, Toxic is always a better option.

Aerodactyl.jpg

Astrodactyl (Aerodactyl) (M) @ Focus Sash/Leftovers
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 Atk / 4 HP
Jolly Nature
- Roost
- Fire Fang
- Stone Edge
- Iron Head
With this set, its all about Physically Attacking Hard & Fast. Roost let's him heal, should he get an open chance, while Fire Fang hits Grass & others hard. Stone Edge for a Powerful STAB Move, and Iron Head let's him hit those pesky Fairies.

310_Manectric.jpg

Thunderhound (Manectric) (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Lightningrod
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 SAtk / 4 SDef
Timid Nature
- Snarl
- Overheat
- Volt Switch
- Hidden Power [Ice]
Finally, we have the Other Sweeper: Manectric. With Life Orb & Timid, he hits Hard & Fast aswell. Snarl let's him weaken Special Attackers (While Hurting Psychics & Ghosts). Overheat is his powerful Fire Move, and Volt Switch takes him out after Overheat's affect. Finally, HP Ice helps hit Dragons.

Any suggestions you can make will be Openly available!

I'm not going to lie, this team is not very good. My biggest concern are the individual sets. To give you a run down of all the issues. Porygon2 should never not run Recover, as it is one of the only boons to using it as a Bulky Attacker. Roserade should really just be going offensive in the current metagame due to the fact that it really wants to abuse its 125 SAtk, and atm defog is just too omnipotent to rely on spikes. Quagsire shouldn't be a setup sweeper. Stockpile is a horrid move to run, and is commonly seen on newcomer sets, and simply put it can't sweep because it is susceptible to Status. In other words, it is much better played as a pure wall, than trying to setup its defenses as it doesn't give it any significance anyways. The Aerodactyl set should really pack stealth rocks to help you deal with and pressure portions of the metagame such as Abomasnow, Darmanitan, etc. Your team is also very weak to stall due to lack of a method of breaking through it, and any fighting type can easily just blitz through you, especially since your only resist has such a medicre defensive stat of 60HP/65Def.

Also you are breaking the rules since you need 3 lines of description per pokemon so I would look into that.

As I said you are extremely stall and fighting weak, so I will suggest running Stallbreaker Mew > Manectric. It's still a fairly solid special attacker, but it helps to deal with stall on bulky offense like yours. Firstly, it packs a very fast taunt to prevent Hazards, Setup, Status, Recovery, etc. Then it can use a combination of Will-O-Wisp and Psyshock to wittle down opponents who are left helpless. It also acts as an amazing pivot against hyper offensive teams, helping to cripple many opposing pokemon.

Set Changes:
Porygon2: Recover > Psyshock is the easiest method of helping your set. Simply put, psyshock doesn't add to your coverage, as you will hit fighting types harder with your own Tri Attack anyways. Recover helps you to increase your longevity greatly, allowing you to continue to fire powerful attacks at the opponent.
Roserade: Life Orb > Black Sludge, Leaf Storm + Sludge Bomb + Sleep Powder/Spikes + Rest/Synthesis, 252 SAtk 4SDef, 252 Spd takes a much more offensive stance on Roserade and is the most effective method of using a roserade in the current metagame, taking advantage of its massive SAtk to turn it into a formidable wallbreaker.
Quagsire: Earthquake > Stockpile, Relaxed Nature as it gives you the strongest possible STAB you have access to in order to deter offensive pokemon, and as I explained earlier Stockpile is a terrible move to have, and Quagsire setting up would be useless as you still have near no offensive presence, 4x weak to grass moves, and susceptible to status.
Aerodactyl: 4 Def > 4 HP as it lets you switch into Stealth Rocks 4 times rather than 3, classic rookie mistake. Life Orb / Leftovers is the best possible item to use on a offensive support dactyl, and you absolutely need Stealth Rock + Earthquake > Fire Fang + Iron Head, as Earthquake gives you the best possible coverage you have access to, hitting Steel, Rock, etc. while Stone Edge hits flying, bug, etc. Stealth Rock as I explained is an absolute necessity in pressuring the opponent.

Sorry to be so critical, but I hope this gives you the push you need in the right direction.

Thank you for all the help! My only thing I didn't take your advice on was the Mew, since I can't stand using Legendaries.
