No, I don't know why starwarsfan's army is in the wrong place, and imgur won't let me upload anymore pictures tonight.

There are no Turkish armies in Albania or Galicia. There ARE Turkish armies in Trieste and Vienna. This will be corrected with the next update.

It isn't "arbitrary justice", it is simply infuriating for the host to deal with slowpokes. If you get too flexible with your deadlines, then lazy players will abuse them and become even bigger slowpokes. I know this from experience because I have also fallen for the temptation of giving too many extensions as a host and had to track down the slowpokes myself.
