Guys, what ball would go with this Shiftry

I was thinking either a lure ball, friend ball, or nest ball.
 
Anyone know off the top of their head the amount of speed EVs I should invest in a Jolly DD Haxorus? (For OU) The Adamant EVs are 136 for speed recommended if that helps. Thanks in advance
 
I doubt this will get me anywhere will it?

Machop - #066 (Adamant) Male (♂) : 31 / 31 / 31 / 20, 22 / 26 / 31 Daycare RNG is still trolling me in IVs. But this the best one I hatched using a 6 IV Ditto and a 5 IV Machop, and I've gone about 10-20 eggs at this point, none had 5 IVs. -_-

keep trucking, Tristan. Some of us hatch for weeks for that IV!

U need a trevenant? I got one to trade. One of my good spitbacks. It's just missing the speed iv. It's harvest, but it is just a normal ball tho.
