Nobody, actually. It was I who came up with the idea of using the heavy ball on groudon except I don't have it. But it's on my wish list.

Depends on the set, offensive ones are likely to use Guts, while more defensive sets will run Flash Fire.

Like Cannibal said earlier, if you transfer a Gen 4 pokemon to Gen 5, there's no ribbon added at all. If you use "Queue for Download" you get a ribbon. If you hit "Queue for transfer to generation 5" there is no ribbon.

I say use the repeat ball for Flareon, the dive ball for Glaceon, and the quick ball or ultra ball for Jolteon. :)
Is there a way to revised cut stuff ?
I cut my breedables pokemons - planning to copy to my 2nd post . Then i accidently click copy on the shiny instead of paste then i clicked save changes instead of cancel :x .

Because Ultra Balls are boring and Quick Balls fit the theme of Jolteon.

Because Cherish Ball isn't available commonly (which makes me sad, it's a great fire-type ball) and because Timer Ball isn't as fitting in colour scheme (more black and white than red).
